ICT and Governancein East Africa

ICT is a newly prevalent, but under-researched phenomenon in Africa, especially in the sphere of governance. However, the application of ICTs in various areas of governance is increasing steadily. iHub Research sought to explore the potential and promise of ICT use for governance in East Africa.
