The iHub is looking for audacious outliers to join our community of impact innovators in a free 6 month, intense hands-on initiative.

The iHub has always been dedicated to supporting innovators to build solutions that are scalable across Africa and the rest of the world. Over the last nine years, we have done this in several ways including incubation and accelerator programs, access to workspace, access to our pool of mentors and investors, office hours with subject matter experts. Innovators and entrepreneurs have taken great advantage of this offering – over $40M has been raised by iHub portfolio companies, over 40 thousand jobs have been contributed to the regional economy, millions have been positively impacted by our portfolio company products and services. Over 600 startups have received business support services at the iHub.

But we’ve barely scratched the surface. There are still millions of life-changing solutions out there. There are millions of innovators working on ideas to change their lives and those of their communities, working to restore dignity to the lives of Africans. At the iHub, we want to pool our resources and those of willing partners to make these solutions come to life faster and grounded on sound business principles.

We are looking for audacious innovators with validated business models with the potential for huge impact and scale. We want to amplify the impact of their businesses and work with them to ensure that the value from the solutions reaches those who would benefit the most.

We will offer them six months of support at no cost that will include:

  • Access to the iHub pool of mentors
  • Pitch training
  • Product development support
  • Office hours with the iHub team
  • Learning sessions with experts
  • Free workspace

At the iHub, we come together with a shared purpose to transform our communities. We believe everyone deserves to work in a collaborative, open-minded and inspiring environment. We work hard to make sure everyone has the support they need to thrive. The iHub is committed to inclusion and diversity. We particularly encourage applications from women and disabled candidates, we also encourage applications from candidates with challenging income backgrounds, as these groups are underrepresented throughout the technology industry.

Apply here to join our community of innovators. Applications close on 30th October and will be reviewed on a rolling basis.
