We are looking for a passionate and data-driven Marketing Consultant/Consultancy firm who’ll provide strategic and practical advice to boost our company’s marketing efforts. The end goal is to reach our sales targets and catalyze explosive growth! We believe there is a huge market we can tap into!

Creation of BuuPass 6-12 month marketing strategic plan and implementation ( both creating an execution plan for existing ideas, and developing new ideas with measurable KPIs and analytics) in collaboration with management, business development and finance teams. This includes creation of discounts, promotions, cash back programs, loyalty points programs, referral programs, strategic partnerships etc. in conjunction with different departments
Creating widespread digital campaigns initially for brand awareness then for growth/conversions
Content creation for cross promoting our bus partners (templates that can be used for any new bus company we bring on board - material that can be posted on Social Media, shared in Whatsapp groups, posters, in-office branding etc)
Identify key brand and event partnerships and cultivate business relationships.
Create and test innovative marketing experiments
Dig deeper using A/B testing, data analysis tools and users’ feedback to better understand the customers
Conduct research that helps define market assumptions and consumer behaviors/profiles; including consumer surveys, focus groups, the internet, industry experts, market intelligence companies and internal knowledge.
Develop and maintain product category SWOT analyses; identify market trends, develop and prioritize a profitable product plan to meet consumer needs.
Create data-driven, dynamic, 'voice-of-the-customer' marketing strategies and tests that deliver against Return on Investment (ROI) targets.
Strategize and execute an active and engaging social media plan across multiple platforms: Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Collaborate with leadership and external agencies to develop key messaging and specific advertising copy/design/packaging for campaigns across marketing channels; including detailed associated budgets.
Assesses delivery and performance of each marketing campaign on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Creating effective BTL activations
