USER EXPERIENCE (UX) DESIGN
User experience (UX) design is the process of creating products that provide meaningful and relevant experiences to users. This involves the design of the entire process of acquiring and integrating the product, including aspects of branding, design, usability, and function. iSC provides UX support depending on the specific needs of a product. The iSC team is comfortable with different UX methods and techniques to give the right UX support for each organization we work. We have conducted field studies, run focus group discussions, usability studies, expert reviews, to name a few.
DESIGN WORKSHOP FACILITATION
Design workshops offer an excellent opportunity to think through problems, generate ideas, prototype and test the most promising ones, and develop the execution strategy. Design workshops usually take between 2-5 days and bring together different stakeholders to think through a specific problem. The iSC team has experience facilitating design sprints, ideation workshops, and general design workshops.

Service design is a problem-solving technique that focuses on planning and organizing a business’s resources to improve the employee’s experience directly, and indirectly, the customer’s experience. Service design contends that happy employees make happy customers. The process focuses both on the front stage components that customers can see and the backstage components that they can’t but are necessary to deliver on an experience. The iSC team leverages service design to help our customers improve customer experience using a holistic view.
In a bid to improve existing products or design new products, organizations are increasingly turning to design thinking as a skill that employees across the organization should possess. By instilling the mindsets that are core to design thinking, organizations can break barriers that prevent innovation. iSC’s design thinking curriculum is structured to give the fundamentals of design thinking and impart practical design thinking methods. Participants use the design thinking process to think through ideas, research, prototype, test, and develop a pitch to get buy-in from internal stakeholders. Typically, the training runs over three consecutive days with additional support post-workshop.
