The iHub UX (user experience) Lab was the first of its kind in sub-Saharan Africa with a simple mission: to develop a design thinking culture and a user centred approach in solving problems.
The UX Lab helps our clients (start-ups, social entrepreneurs, not-for-profits, and business corporations) to put people at the center of all products, processes, and business development plans. Our aim is to ensure world class, holistic user-centric approaches to technology design for our tech community.
Services include: user research, ideation sessions, graphic design, usability testing, user experience and/or design thinking training, wire-framing, prototyping, interaction design, experience design, design workshop facilitation, requirements collection, information architecture, and more. Additionally, the iHub UX Lab works closely in collaboration with other iHub initiatives, such as iHub Research and Consulting when additional services may be required to answer a client’s needs.
