Key Responsibilities

⋄ Ownership and commitment to execute CloudFactory’s PeopleScale Workforce (WF) Model in Kenya.

⋄ Develop leadership in our cloud workers by investing in three C’s - Character, Competency and Community.

⋄ Manage the productivity and professional growth for both Internal WF team and Cloud Workers.

⋄ Plan and strategize growth phases - Recruiting, Training and Onboarding right cloud workers for accuracy and scalability.

⋄ Own the capacity planning for Kenya to match Clients’ Production demands.

⋄ Understand CloudFactory products at a deeper level and work with the Production team to deliver accuracy.

⋄ Liaison with Nepal HQ team to ensure smooth WF operations.

⋄ Invest and design continuous competency training for long term results.

⋄ Represent CloudFactory in local, national and possibly international events and programs.

⋄ Network with institutions for long term partnership and help develop the CloudFactory brand in Kenya.

Requirements

⋄ Honest, dedicated and self motivated.

⋄ Excellent Planning, Decision making and Leadership skills.

⋄ Analytical and problem solving.

⋄ Be able to think forward, weigh options and make decisions.

⋄ Open minded and willingness to learn.

⋄ Ability to work in a dynamic Startup culture.

⋄ Entrepreneurial experience is a definite asset.

⋄ Willing to travel internationally (Especially Nepal and USA)

Qualifications

⋄ At least 5 years of working experience at a managerial level.

⋄ At least Bachelors degree in management or related field.
