NRBUZZ: Conducting User Experience (UX) Research for your Startup

Would you like to know more about potential users for your startup ? Or would you like to get insights about the users and thus make intelligent business decisions based on these insights? Then this NRBuzz meetup is just for you!

iHub Research cordially invites you to this month's NRBUZZ with the UX Lab Team at iHub. The event will take place this Thursday, 1st October 2015 at the iHub Space, 4th Floor, Bishop Magua Building Ngong Road from 5.30-7.30pm.

The theme, this month, is 'Entrepreneurship' and we would like to take you on a journey where we will review how to conduct proper user experience research for your startup.

Join us as we host Abigail Wangui and Francis Mwangi from the iHub UX Lab Team who will be talking about the importance of field research; Knowing Your Users for startups and; a guide to conductinga quick field research project. They will present examples based on work done witha recent startup client atthe Lab. This will be your chance as an entrepreneur to dig deep and get insights on best practices. Going to meet and understand a user group is a most important step in planning innovation and intelligent business decisions. When users'/customers' needs are understood and solved, business will thrive.


Finally, Abby and Francis will alsointroduce you to the UX Lab startup consulting model to learn more on how to engage them, as well as providingmore information about the Tajriba event scheduled to happen next week.
